Stacy Robinson

Commercial Line Lead
Stacy graduated from Purdue University in 2013 and joined The Smith Sawyer Smith Agency the same year, originally as the receptionist for the office. She quickly changed roles, filling the need for a personal lines service representative. Stacy later became the director of the farm and agribusiness department, which allowed her to return to her roots, as the sixth generation in her family to have a career in an ag-related field. In addition to farms, she is a part of the commercial lines services team, and manages the surety division. In late 2018, with the acquisition of a Chicago based agency, Stacy took the lead as the account executive for the commercial business.
Stacy finds her joy at home with her husband and son. She spends the warmer months outside in her garden, and carries on the lessons her mother taught her of raising a garden and canning foods. Stacy is active is the Marshall County 4-H program as the Advisor of the 4-H Jr. Leaders.

Hope Weaver

Claims
Hope graduated from Indiana Dental Academy in 2016 with a Dental Assisting Degree and License in Radiology. Then she found an interest in Elementary Education and worked as a Preschool Teacher for 3 years. Broadening her experience with the youth, she became a School-Based Case Manager for Cass/Pulaski County Schools. Hope was responsible for case management, care coordination, and life skills training for her assigned caseload. She delivered assessments, treatment planning, intervention, and monitoring of goal achievement within a child’s school and home life. During covid, the schools shut down and her job became virtual — creating difficulties/diversity to do the essential specifics of her job. With not knowing how long the schools would be shut down and not being able to visit the children’s homes, she took a completely different type of job — Primary Care Scribe for Dr. Frieden at Midwest Eye Consultants in Rochester where she was responsible for assessing the patient, performing documentation in the Electronic Health Records, and working with the Physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care. Hope began working for Smith Sawyer Smith Agency March of 2022 as a Commercial Lines Service Agent and plans to get licensed within the next couple months and make the insurance business her career. Outside of work, Hope is exploring the new adventure of being a first-time parent to her baby girl Sutton along with her husband! They are enjoying every minute of their little family! She enjoys spending her free time outside doing anything and everything. Fishing, camping, kayaking, hiking, and going out on the lake on the boat are just some of her favorite things to do!

Lisa Fred

Renewals
Lisa began her insurance carrier working in personal lines in 2017 and moved over to commercial lines in 2018. In March of 2019, Lisa took over the handling of renewing commercial accounts and making sure all renewals are processed in a timely manner. Lisa resides in Rochester, Indiana with her husband and two daughters. Lisa’s husband works on the family dairy farm that has been family-operated for over 100 years. Her two daughters are a great help in the family garden that is planted every year.

Megan Semonis

Office Manager
Megan graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in Financial Counseling & Planning. She began her career in the financial services industry with a national financial planning firm, but found her true calling to risk management when she joined The Smith Sawyer Smith Agency in 2012. Megan has served the agency in a variety of roles over the years, creating a well-rounded depth of knowledge for her current agency operations role, in which she manages staff onboarding, standard operating procedures, agency accounting, payroll, and strategic planning.  Megan and her family live in Bourbon, Indiana, where they are actively involved in the United Pentecostal Church. Megan is a worship leader on the music team and teaches a Sunday School Class for Junior High Teens. In their spare time, Megan and her family enjoy spending time together outdoors, often fishing, laughing around a bonfire, or driving tractors on their hobby farm.

Leo Fox

CFO (Chief Fetch Officer)
Hi, I’m Leo!! I am a long haired miniature dachshund and Beauty Queen Insurance’s hype man. I am a professional smile maker and morale booster. I love a good belly rub and enjoy snuggling, sleeping and going on car rides! I love it when my Mom takes me to work with her. My favorite treats are cheese and pepperoni, but I won’t turn down a pup cup or ice cream! I might be a little spoiled, but that’s just because I’m so cute!
